Derga is certified as SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE), which guarantees that the same standards as SAP AG are applied. Derga’s SAP Solution Manager monitors customer systems constantly. This tool manages support’s requests, checks system performance and issues periodic reports with alerts about interventions.
In this way, Derga is able to transfer knowledge to its Customers and a continuous process of system’s improvement.
